The first of the Plan Azur developments to be launched and the only one on the Meditareanean coast.
In total the development will cover 7.000.000 m2 and faces directly onto a 6km long sandy beach.

Developments are comprised of low-rise apartments and villas with green areas.
The Mediterranean Saidia Resort is a secure, gated complex with bank guarantees.
The resort also benefits from being close to the international airports of Oujda, Nador and Melilla.
Apart from Saidias fantastic beaches and facilities its other attractions include; bird watching around the Moulouya Estuary or head to scenic Beni Snassen mountains the region also has caves of La Grotte De Chameau and Le Zegzel Gorge to explore.
