Tamesna is a new city created between Rabat & the prestigious city area of Temara, Skhirat and Ain Aouda in Morocco. The idea became official on July 22nd 2004. - Remaining 10%-20% to be paid during construction (once building starts to the grounds this private contract will need to be changed into a sales contract, by a solicitor between now and 3-5 months) we prefer payments to be spread monthly.
