The Construction Company
Caisse de Depot et de Gestion (CDG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Moroccan Government. Amongst their other responsibilities CDG invests Morocco's pension funds and is one of the country's leading institutional investors.
Last year alone the construction arm of CDG completed 50,000 individual dwellings.

With its vast experience and workforce of almost 3000 CDG is ideally placed to bring the Paradise Golf & Beach Resort to fruition. Construction work on the site is due to start late summer 2006.

The Golf Course
Steve Ritson Golf Design has been chosen to design and landscape the Golf Course at the Paradise Golf & Beach Resort. Steve Ritson is a member of the Institute of Golf Course Architects and a BSC (Hons) in environmental science.
The company's brief is to design a quality course suitable for players of all abilities. Current projects include: The Brookfield Golf Club, Kettering Golf Course and Le Meridien IBOM Hotel and Golf Resort in Nigeria. In the pipeline are new courses in the South of France and Mauritius. Groupe Banque Populaire is one of the leading banking groups in Morocco. They will provide much of the finance for the Paradise Golf & Beach Resort. In addition they will also make all payments for construction and development of the project. Using the "Certification System payments will only be made once the banks own technical experts and architects have visited the site to ensure that all work has been carried out according to specification.

The Bank
Groupe Banque Populaire will also provide mortgages to purchasers at Paradise Golf & Beach Resort where required. These, of course, will be subject to status.
Groupe Banque Populaire offers the full range of banking services including: cash points, credit cards, insurance, direct debits, internet banking, etc.
A new Branch of the bank will be opened at Paradise Golf & Beach Resort with English speaking staff. It is envisaged that Groupe Banque Populaire will also provide purchasers with a bank guarantee which will under-write all payments prior to completion of construction.
