GOLF SUITE - 43,000 € (£29,452 @ 1.46 €/£)
To reserve your suite you will need to pay a refundable holding deposit of 1.460 € (£1,000)
Plus a non refundable Handling Charge of 730 € (£500)
When completely satisfied with your reservation you will be expected to visit Morocco to view the site.
Provided that you are fully satisfied with your reservation you will then be expected to make
your reserve definite (i.e. non-refundable) and pay the following:
1) Agency fees 3.000 € (£2,055)
2) balance of the purchase price 41.540 € (£28,452)
All properties prices are in euros. The sterling price is a guide only.
